UPDATE 19th March 8.00am Razzle Dazzle Promotions Ltd COVID-19 (Coronavirus)
Following the government’s update yesterday, please find Razzle Dazzle Promotions Ltd’s (Also the coaches of Hellcats Cheerleaders) statement below, regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus).
We have been continuing to monitor the ongoing situation and government guidelines closely, and with yesterdays announcement of school closures we will sadly be following suit and closing both our Chichester and Weybridge locations.
At this stage we plan to reopen the week commencing the 13th April to run our scheduled Easter holiday camps that week in both locations but with the situation changing daily we will continue to monitor it. Please continue to monitor your emails and social media for further updates.
In place of our current classes we will be delivering videos for conditioning, stretching and technique as well as fun tasks via our app to ensure our students maintain skills and general well being to prepare them for their return to classes for the remainder of the season. We also hope that this will help parents with keeping them focused and busy during what is going to be a difficult period for everyone.
Remember that routine videos are also available on the app, please continue to practice these with the music provided and go over your counts during this time to ensure you dont forget everything! If you havent already, please download our Hellcats Cheerleaders app. We are opening this up to all our dancers, gymnasts and rec team as well as our cheer comp teams so you can also access classes and tasks to keep you active and busy, when it asks you what team you are on please just say the class you attend.
As well as online videos, we will be continuing to offer private lessons for anyone who would be interested in this service. We will continue to disinfect any equipment used during these sessions. Please contact us if you would like more information.
We would love to see everyone stretching at home and we have already set up a section on the app for you to be able to send us pictures of you stretching so we can monitor your progress. This will also enable us to give specific individual feedback and help where necessary.
At this stage we are not sure on the status of the remaining competitions this season, but at present only events up until the beginning of May have been cancelled/postponed so we will continue assuming that the competitions we have registered for will be going ahead but will notify you of any changes.
I also want to take this opportunity to say if anyone needs any help with childcare or anything else our coaches would like to let you know that they are here to help where possible. With us now not coaching we are going to have a lot more free time so if anyone is struggling with anything please do let us know. We're all in this together (who knew high school musical was so profound!!)
