Weybridge Update for September
Well, it has been a stressful time at Hellcats HQ, but we finally have some news to share regarding September.
Firstly WE WILL BE BACK!! As you know Heathside School are not allowing us to train in September so I have been busy trying to find us another venue so we can train. I am pleased to announce that I have found one (Hooray!). We will therefore be training at Fullbrook Sports Centre in New Haw, Addlestone until further notice.
I want to take this opportunity to thank you all for your continued support, the last few months have been anything but easy. I know a change of venue is not ideal but we have been left with little other choice.
I have had to make some changes to the initial timetable for next year due to numbers as we have to restrict the number of those training at any given time so that we can still abide by social distancing guidelines currently. We also have had to move around tumble times as obviously we loose our earlier sessions with not being able to use Heathside as those of you at the school cant go straight there so we need to allow travel time for everyone to get to Fullbrook. I have therefore moved our younger Panthers athletes to the earlier class to train with Cubs as otherwise Panthers is too large for the space and I have moved the older Panthers to a Monday slot so that Snow Leopards train on a Wednesday evening due to the fact that we will be in a smaller room that time on a Wednesday and they are our smallest team so it needs to be them that train in the smaller space (yes its all been fun and games!).
I have added Tigers athletes to some of our other teams temporarily, as we are not running at Heathside we currently wont be running an after school club but have given all of Tigers a training slot at Fullbrook so that are able to do something until we can return.
Once we are able to stunt and run routines this will be rejigged again so teams can all train together normally but for the time being everyone will be drilling, conditioning and stretching so all the classes will be much the same so it wont matter which one you are in.
I have listed the classes and participants in each below, please make sure you check when your team and tumble training is.
Your invoices for your subscriptions will also be sent out shortly, please make sure you sort this out before the end of the week as your September payment is due on the 1st of September. Please note if you do not do this you will not be able to attend September classes. If your invoice is for more than it should be please dont panic, it seems I cannot change the amount to take into account discount for classes as per our monthly subscriptions until you have sorted out your subscription. So as soon as you do this I will update your account so you are on the correct subscription plan
